Labrador Resources Inc V.LTX

Labrador Resources Inc. is a resource exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of uranium and rare earth projects in Canada's Athabasca Basin and the development of an oil and gas property in the Atlee area of Alberta. It also has an agreement to acquire about 16 contiguous uranium exploration mineral claims covering 54,450 hectares in northern Saskatchewan. Located 60 kilometers southwest of the Key Lake Uranium mine and mill, these claims are situated within the uranium-rich Wollaston-Mudjatik Transition Zone (WMTZ), which hosts one of the highest-grade uranium deposits.

RE:RE:RE:Medical Cannabis..

RE:RE:RE:Medical Cannabis..I said previously that i 'm not an expert on software but i think this mapping software is worth more than what Mr.Sterne has put in to LTX of his own money , how much more is the key question .
As for the sale of his shares there can be many reasons so i can only speculate, The bridge financing that was mentioned in the NR is one . Another reason is a potential  buyer wants as many cheap shares as he can get and makes it one of his conditions before purchasing LTX knowing he will have to payback the liabilities of his acquisition (  ex : loan to officers ) . If you follow the logic of the info giving ... he cancels the PP ( doesn't like the terms and/or dilution ) then says he is divesting from the oil and gas assets ( inflow of capital ) , that looks like the probable path of action .
