This isn't hard to figure out. Someone is looking to make a quick buck. This is a pump and dump. You could buy half of the outstanding shares for $450k not a lot of money for some people. A dead stock that was headed for a consolidation and then a world problem brings it back to life with no material business change?

Nothing wrong with pump and dump if you buy low sell high isn't that the way you play stocks? Lol I'll take my risk and hold this 1
