And just to keep it real

And just to keep it realI am not impressed by Perez as interim CEO what we need is another guy like Mike (operations guy) to run this company!!!!!!! No ifs ands or buts. He was the guy who finally turned this company around. We had a nice guy (Ralph) who may be a great geologist but not a guy to get mills operating and construction completed on time and we all saw what happened to SP. Now we have Perez who seems to think PR's constantly will get SP to where it should be ?! Not going to happen Investors in this segment are a little more savy now and won't fall for those hype things.

and as we are keeping things real we are way behind on the schedule Struhers instituted....we were supposed to be at name plat capacity in Q1 of this year at Talu so not quite sure what Perez is talking about having to have the second filter press up and running as it only has a nominal extra 500 tpd capacity unless he is talking about the third press which definitely was not needed.

I hope that they will surprise us with a NR saying we are producing at 1200+ tpd because of the extra equipment that should be up and running by now

lastly I hope we are actively looking for that Operations type CEO to take over soon as you can't NR your way out of  not hitting production numbers dates and a properly run mining operation!!!!!

I have included Mikes NR from last year I'm not the sharpest knife but any new investor as part of his DD would at the very least scan over NR and would quickly figure out that Perez is dropping the ball when it comes to getting things up and running on a timely basis ....Perez you are 2Qs behind on what Mike had set up no getting around that no matter how many NRs you do making it look like your on track for H2

Luca Mining Announces 1,000 tpd Construction Project Advancing to Plan at Tahuehueto Gold Mine in Mexico (CNW Group/Luca Mining Corp.)

Construction Status

A second ball mill for the mine expansion has passed through all upgrades and inspections and is now on site and placed into the supporting structure (see photo). This second mill has a larger capacity and once commissioned the mine's installed capacity will be 1,250 tpd. Ancillary equipment (cyclones, pumps etc.) will be delivered to site before mid-October. Testing of the new mill is planned for late-November and, if successful, ramp-up will commence shortly after.

The flotation and concentrate filtration circuits already have an installed capacity of 1,000 tpd.

A second tailings filter press, with a nominal capacity of 500 tpd, will be transported to site within a week. The foundations for this press are completed. The third (back-up) tailings filter press has been secured and is undergoing inspections and refurbishments prior to shipping to site.

Construction of the second stage of the tailings embankment is currently 56% complete and progressing well.

Mike Struthers, CEO, commented: "The team at Tahuehueto, including our contractors and senior management, have done a great job in maintaining construction progress, pushing towards our 1,000 tpd goal, and we are on track to achieve this by year-end. We plan to be testing the second mill by late-November, and if successful we should be able to start ramping up to 1,000 tpd shortly afterwards. We are very close now to delivering Tahuehueto as the next, new profitable gold mine in Mexico."
