Am I missing something?

Am I missing something?Do people know something I don't?  
As far as I can tell, things are still progressing well for a company that's building their brand and they're even being nominated for many awards however this stock has been doing nothing but dropping for the past 3 weeks. 
I understand the CEO stepped down which may have scared some people away but this seems a little excessive.  
Are there other major red flags that I'm missing here?
