I'm new to investing and am researching potential buyouts in the energy space and led me to old reports on Lynden.. the top buyouts always seem to lead back to management. finding the next Lynden is my main priority.

I found an EBook which reveals there have been 3 components needed in every junior energy buyout over the past 5 years.. at least in North America.

Lynden had 2 key similarities with 3 past buyout deals outlined in a report on 50 buyout candidates for 2016.

The review goes in depth on what it takes for a junior to be bought out.. despite Lynden's valuation not being over the top compared to earlier highs.
