First of all - thank you TAD - for post on FSXGreat post - re PUBCOs and SPINCOs - bottom line - FSX probably did it good for them - but BAD for you and I - with the "tranches" /"escrows" and then the TMX realigning them for 36 rather than 16 months --- not enough "arm's length" between companies and directors.
