RE: halt and news...This company has been around for many years. They have a technology that has no real market value. The company they are acquiring has old and meaningless content. To boot, the management team is continually changing and cannot get any traction. Trading at 6.5 pennies today is way overvalued still. I doubt the sale will go through based on this. The only long term play would be burning your shares in the fireplace.
