Look at the facts

BA is dumping shares, check out the Canadian Insider. Ask yourself why the founders are bailing out of any position they have at such a low value. Also, a promoter of the company, who assisted in funding of the company has now found himself in a japanese jail thinking about how he commited fraud selling call options on this stock, all done with the assistance of the founder and current CFO. How far reaching will this investigation go.

Then ask yourself why they can't raise the money to close the Masterfile deal and read the press release which gives Masterfile the right to shop themselves. Sounds like a long shot.

agree.seems more likely someone else buys masterfile and then grabs lzr. if this deal ever went thru the share consolidation would be brutal, and yes, absolutely nessecary. long shot, indeed.

stuckinonoway, Take sometime to read the August 19, 2011 news release outlining the aquisition and the third party financing and you will see why your assumptions are off base. This is a tremendous deal and opportunity for Artius3D Corp. (and its shareholders.)

Take the time and read the deal between McGlone and Frontier One. McGlone pays $100 for almost half the company, that is the true valuation of this dog. Why is such a large shareholder so anxious to get out and what is the real deal here.Arius will never, ever, close the Masterfile deal, and even if they do, Masterfile is the equivalent of buying a thoroughbred headed for the glue factory. In 2 years the FACTS has had 5 posts all bashing LZR and thats it. He must really care. About what I have no idea. I mean thats the entire content. You really have to wonder

Whatever is going on here the shares offered at 2 cents are getting scooped up. It wont take much money to move this right up to 10 cents. Only time will tell if the buyers are going for a quick flip or this will take off for real
Comment by TheFacts2 on Mar 28, 2012 10:09am
Again the facts, the shares are not being scooped up, there is no volume excepting the huge volume of shares McGlone picked up at $100. One must be careful listening to deceptive pumpers like our cousinwoolie.

Actually Facts is not owning LZr your only market interest? I guess you just dont like the company or the stock market. Seems to me this will soon be above 5 cents
Comment by TheFacts2 on Mar 28, 2012 1:54pm
You must have some of the 10 cent warrants and need to pump this thing up. There is no rationale whatsoever for this company to trade anywhere near 5 cents, the market has spoken on that.  As far as the market is concerned, there are a multitude of better places to invest than this underperforming stock. However, try and get rid of your stock cousinwoolie and see how liquid the market is ...more

At least I am a proud owner. What makes no sense is why somebody would only say dont own LZr for the last 2 years and say nothing else with very few posts while watching like a vulture the entire time. You obviously know the upmove is coming and want the shares held down for your own greedy gain
Comment by TheFacts2 on Mar 28, 2012 2:59pm
The only upmove will be orchestrated by the pump and dump crowd. You don't want to be on the tail end of that. Why would anyone invest alongside the crowd involved with this one. Send a pie with a hacksaw to Japan as a start.

Since Feb 25 2010 you have made 8 posts that say dont buy LZr and you talk about somebody in a padded cell in japan. Maybe it would do you good to just let it all out and not worry about being judged. Not owning this stock is your obsession. Talking can only help

Small offer at 2 cents shouldnt last long
Comment by TheFacts2 on Mar 29, 2012 1:31pm
Con has several meanings, two of which could be applied to LZR

Looks like somebody sold 5000 shares late afternoon at .015 for 75 bucks just to knock the price down at the close
Comment by cousinwoolie on Apr 07, 2012 10:54am
So how can we get this thing up to 10 cents a share this week?
Comment by TheFacts2 on Apr 09, 2012 9:40am
Simple, a massive record setting stock split, and even that may not hold.
