Only 5m shares of Power One
to implement the Arrangement MARV will exchange with Power One, the one share in the capital of Power One held by MARV plus the Properties, in exchange for Power One issuing 5,000,000 Power One Shares to MARV and issuing to the MARV Shareholders, one fully-paid and non-assessable Power One Share for every five MARV Shares outstanding, and Power One assuming any Property Liabilities. The Power One Shares issued to the MARV Shareholders will be on a pro-rata basis, as to their shareholdings in MARV at the time the Arrangement is completed.
Going to be a tight float.

So Marv will hold 5m which should represent approximately 20% of Power One.
