For those who think MAT sold cheap, I would like to know what they think the alternative was, especially in this economy. I am sure we have all seen our chare of junior exploration companies who continue to raise money by issuing flowthrough shares. The problem is that they lose a big chunk of the money to the promoters and there is constant dilution. We now have a partner with deep pockets so there should be no further need to issue shares in order to move forward.

I lose patience as well, particularly since the company seems to do a poor job of promoting itself as well as keeping us informed. I do believe that the JV was the right move.
