MAT.V and QRM.TO have something in common.They are both heavily supported by both level of governments in Canada. Something to think about.
As for aboriginals being an obstacle, its not the first time we see it in Quebec. Most of the time its a matter of money and the conditions attached to it that makes it possible for an aboriginal tribe to say yes to a project.
