RE:RE:This will be an exciting year. Yes this is true, but I'm certain that this will get resolved.
Canada will never allow this important natural resource not be a major part of their overall Rare Earth and next generation elements to be dictated without a cerain mutual agreement that would satisfy both parties.
First Nations concern is mostly environmental (Keeping Water Rights Clean) that has already been deemed well above the regulatory measures in place. I also know about their ancestral rights and the ruling giving the First Nation right of concern within their lands. However, what isn't part of their rights is the amount of Tax dollars that flow into these First Nation communities and it is within these parameters that will be Canada's greatest bargaining angle.
