RE:RE:whats up...As much as I despise market makers and feel that they are the scum growing underneath rocks in the deepest darkest corners of the Everglades, I don't know that they are the cause.

Matamec is unheard of.  It hasn't had enough news to generate interest, and certainly they aren't promoting themselves.  As a result, and I would be guilty of the same, people simply want to get in at the best price and can get away with filling low bids.

That said, I can alomost never purchase shares unless I buy at the ask.  I've had very little luck in buying more MAT at even a fraction of a penny below the ask.  The MM will come up with some BS about many more orders being up ahead of mine.  But if I bid above the bid, yet below the ask, I'll never get filled.  I have to bid at the ask.  Our MM is a complete [enter your own explicatives here].
