I wonder if when this deal was signed with Precision in 2011 that the negotiators for Med Biogene factored into the equation that it would be more than 2 years before this product would come to market. Signal promised to launch the product within 90 days, taking that timeframe into account did Med do the right deal? One would have to think now, that perhaps they didn't.
