Well there is no need to do a financing as Precision is covering the costs of commercialization. What seems strange to me is it doesn't appear that MBIs deal with Precision had a timeline attached to it. It's like if you were selling your house you wouldn't do it without a closing date. This deal was consummated in 2011 and at that time Med had two offers on the table. The offer from Signal was to commercialize the product within 90 days so I find it hard to believe that if Precision's proposal was to bring the product to market in 21/2 years, Med would have selected Precision as their partner.

Med is in a tough position as they have no way of helping to protect shareholder value at this point. They are in the same position as we are, sitting on their hands waiting for Precision to give their product a priority.
