RE:any news I'm more interested in the progress they are making on the commercialization front then on the dissidents lawsuit. As far as the timeline for commercialization, when I reread the NR dated Jun 3/13 it suggests partial commercialization will begin after the 12 to 14 week testing period is complete and full commercialization will be 3 to 6 months after that.
So we are really looking at perhaps another 8 or so months before we see this product go to market and that is only if everything goes to plan. That will be more than 3 years from when the deal was signed in 2011.
Little wonder that there is downward pressure on the stock!
