Can anyone ...
Can anyone cite a historical example where a reverse split was good for the shareholders? If it exists, I've never seen it.
Anyone?

Very good point dwillist. The amount of failures far exceed the winners. One that I can think of is one in the same sector.......VANC Pharmaceuticals. Consolidated 4-1 in Nov 2016 and higher now....Although that just became true today. WJ has more to lose here than anyone else given he owns ~10%. I sense he has a plan and it may involve a business change.
