so it took THAT LONG to even off the ground to drill....they were supposed to be drilling a week ago,   now i suppose  it will take 10 months to get the SPECIAL RIG  and  another 10 months to set up the rig  and ANOTHER  10 months to wined up this said rig,  and ANOTHER 10 months to drill the hole that just before it compleets there will be a  PROBLEM,&
