3 Cent POP?

How is it parter ADX pops 62% but MCF only 9%?   ADX has way more shares OS too so it takes more to move the price.   It looks like someone is selling heavily into the news, maybe insiders?  What's it they say, "Buy the rumor sell the news"?

If you got a bunch of free or cheap shares of course sell on news .... the news release was written up with too many flags of a classic pump and dump penny stock scheme... come on really to state it's a game changer /significant  discovery... used car's salesman like imo
