DEBT Outstanding
Can someone tell me what is going to happen with the companies debt. From whaT I gather, there was a convertible at like 22 million $ s that was waaaaaaaaaay out of the money. I'm assuing Mcloud will have to pay that back. So my guess is that they will do another offering at the market, which is shiit already to begin with. Thats like a little over 7 million more shares at these price-- and then with warrants another 7 mil, so we are just about to get diluted 200%!!!
Are we fuked here ? These idiots just keep pushing offerings over and over.
