Despite technicals...These guys are on borrowed time. Revenues are respectable but their cash burn is way out of control. My guess is they do more stock dilution by the next quarter... they have over $25M in intangibles on their balance sheet and spending like college kids on spring break! 

I got out, cut my losses and moved to something more promising...
