FYI.  The seller is probably from one of their acquisitions.  Restricted stock terms recently ended.  All the underlying business fundamentals are still good.  They are just selling for whatever reason.  There might be one or two competing to dump.  All the US institutions who participated in the recent offering haven't sold a single share.

That happened to SPOT too, one investor wanted to get out and crashed the stock.
