TransCanada Corp. (TSX: T.TRP, Stock Forum) has announced plans to build a $1.9-billion pipeline to help deliver natural gas to an LNG project proposed by Chevron (NYSE: CVX,Stock Forum) and Apache Corp. (NYSE: APA, Stock Forum) near Kitimat, B.C.
