Banister Pipelines is searching for suitable applicants for the position of Camp Manager. This is a temporary position specific to the construction of the North Montney Pipeline Project. The location of the work is north of Fort St. John BC. The area is remote as such the workers will stay in camp for the duration of the project. The work will take place between August 2018 and April 2019.

Applicants should have relevant experience with construction crew relations, a background in human resources could be an asset. A background in a Unionized environment could be an asset. Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiation tactics will be required. Construction experience in the pipeline industry and / or pipeline construction industry knowledge could be an asset. Applicants must have strong computer skills, including spreadsheet development, and use of email and online file sharing applications.
