I expect Trudeau to green light TMX after the consultations with the natives. I just can’t imagine him screwing up the initial NEB, buying the pipeline for 4.5 billion, getting thumbs up from second NEB review, “consulting” the natives again then saying to Canadians he’s going to scuttle the project AND expect to get elected in October.
Does anyone know what the process is to getting construction started once Trudeau gives it the green light?
Will the activists have the ability to further stall TMX through court proceedings in between Trudeau’s announcement and the start of construction?
