RE:From this email to todays News? Gnote, your MDL rose-tinted glasses get more tinted by the day.
What does "we successfully applied for a UK Government grant" even mean??
Does it mean they have "successfully" filled out an application form?
or
Does it mean they have "successfully" put such application in the mail?
or
Does it mean they have "successfully" received an acknowledgment of receipt of such application from the un-named UK agency? I would be very interested to know what agency they are applying to and in what specific area of business/science/research/innovation they think they have a chance of tapping the UK tax-payer for?
It certainly doesn't mean anything like what he/she is trying to imply, i.e. that they have , except for some minor bureaucratic box-ticking, won a £1mil. grant from a mysterious UK govt. "charity".
I am also not surprised that, given their long track record of failing to deliver on any of their previous promises to investors, they are finding any attempt to pry any money from investors "extremely onerous" and "extremely challenging" I suggest they might also throw "extremely impossible" into the mix!
