I would say it has come to an end. Take a look at the offical UK company registry and check out the status of the 3 listed directors for MDL Innovations:

They may be members of a local business club but, if you look closely at the Maps, you will see appropriately one of their neighbours is "Bill and Ben the Cartoon Men".
