No wonder it was "friendly"PNV 23.5 million shares plus 3.5 million private placement shares just about to be issued at .30 with 1.75 million warants at .40 plus whatever options and additional warrants outstanding. At least 30 million shares outstanding and likely more when counting options, etc. Market price before Dec runup which coincided with MDW runup was .41. Basically a 100% premium to market assuming MDW at 3.20 NOT counting the value of the warrants.
I would be very "friendly" if someone offered a 100% premium to market.
With gold struggling, it will be tough to keep MDW above 2.60-2.70 until PNV overhang gets cleared IMHO (unless we get some spectacular news soon) - even at that PNV sellers will get a 50% premium to market plus warrants!
