RE:RE:RE:RE:Sell Spring Valley or Gold Rock

reality - 27,000 oz(your numbers) 27,000 * $1200 gold = $32.4 million in revenue coming in.

I think Barrick would be interested in owning 100% of Spring Valley with 5+ million oz of gold.

Let's say it goes for $40 million.  That should be enough to put in the crusher and agglomeration unit and drill this out to get back some of the reserves that went into inferred. It is open to the North and South.

That still leaves Gold Rock for growth.

I would seriously hate to MDW sell Spring Valley because of this out of the blue debacle with Pan.   Spring Valley has huge blue sky and is a major future asset for this companies bottom-line.   A fire sale on that asset for pennies on the dollar would just about completely p*ss this old country boy off.   I hope they get the grade and recovery issues worked out before ...more

Their all in cost, at this point, must be at least $1000 per ounce.  So actual profit would be around $5 million, maybe.  There is no reason for Barrick to be in hurry unless a Royal Gold type wants to buy Midway's position.  It will take a minimum of two years to complete evaluation and secure permits.   Gold Rock, they can't even get Pan correct.
