It is called "proof of concept" if MedX were raising money in the past it was able to use the 200 location and the Boots name to validate "proof of concept" in other words the SIAscope is indeed the best image capture device in the market. The issue was they have zero recurring revenue from this model as it is a one and done model. Having invested heavily in the DermSecure platform MedX now has a recurring revenue platform everytime a device is placed along with the very valuable data as well. I think investors understand this it is a very common occurence in the market.
