Why pleased to announce???

I love it when companies announce say they are "Pleased to announce" when they borrow money. They should be ashamed that it was necessary! Let's hope someone lights a fire under these boneheads and gets the SP up so they could float stock at a reasonable price instead of borrowing at usurous rates.
