Orford mining bought out

They got parts of Joutel Eagle property, 0.10 per share.. 24 millions total. It's a good thing Alamos is coming to tackle Agnico in it's backyard.. but low price for an acquisition.. the 52 Week High is 0.26 for orford.
Will Alamos and Agnico bid against each other for the control of Joutel Eagle ? Do Agnico want out because they want to focus elsewhere and thus told Alamos to go for it ?
Either way Maple gold mines is setup to be sold at some point, what would be the fair price ? 0.25 ? Anything below 0.25 just smells fishy.

Orford gets converted to Alamos shares to get the ride... If it is same, we get Agnico shares? Just at what conversion rate. Big question!
