Q3 Results
Magna posted Q3 on Sedar but no PR! Gross revs 33million minus costs of 25.1 equals gross margin of US$7.7million. Deduct SGA, finance costs, exploration and taxes and you end up with net income of US3.6 million or .04 eps.
Q3 should be a normal qtr for Magna going forward. That's a forward annualized eps of .16 vs a US$ share price of .68!
Add back depreciation of $5million and deferred taxes and cashflow is over $10million!
Fwd annualized cashflow of $40million or .40 vs .68 share price.
