They announced earlier this week a $2M private placement which the CEO mentioned will be conducted with many of their key shareholders as they “understand both the immediate and long term upside potential of the Company."
Earlier this year they entered into a commercial agreement with one of Japan’s largest corporations, Sumitomo Corp and BHP who is the largest global resources company. As well, they were awarded funding by the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore to co-fund a project using the MineHub platform.
