Just becasue Chan and others have invested millions that does not mean that the Universe owes them anything and will make things better for them. How may times have you heard the Cliche, "Two wrongs don't make it right".
Investing good money after bad does not always pay off. You could loose your investment just like Chan may never recover his $20,000,0000. It is human nature to be selective as to what you want to see and believe. They are out right warning in their financial statements "BUYER BEWAR! Don't Sue us, we told you so as a prudent fudiciaries".
