I guess the way the thread is laid out it looks like I replied to you. You are one of a few who provide credible comments here... Mixed in with understandable levity on occasion. That the OP (I did not think it was you...) would suggest class action lawsuit is hilarious, IMHO... If there was wrong doing, and I in no way suggest there is, wherein certain insider actions resulted in illicit gain for insiders, directors, or other principles, and the existing regulatory bodies so determined that occurred, then and only then would a civil suit for damages be practicable. That someone would toss that rumor /suggestion out on the bullboard because they are not approving of the company is ludicrous... ... Something you most certainly are not!!!
