RE:A few people on Kong's side?

RE:A few people on Kong's side?

SC, Kong certainly has the numbers on his side and im not sure if the old 'poison pill' measure Majestic put in place a couple years ago is valid.

Rod and Company have managed to upset not only Euro & North American investors, but now the main contributors in asia that put forth the funds to build the mill. Certainly a disgrace of management and very disappointing - although not surprising.

The reason for the early warning is not because of the 10% ownership, but the intention to use the ownership % to affect a material change.  I expect some sort of proposal for alternate management that can be voted on at the AGM. I expect Kong will rally his troops and there is little Roddie can do. It will be interesting to see what resolution or team Kong puts forth for voting at the AGM.

I suspect the goal is to get mjs back to a reasonable price in order shed shares at a profit, or to have his friends take it private. I suspect Miou may be advising this, if he is still around.

I'm not sure how this management team could expect anything else considering all the delays, poor management and communications and overall underperformance.

the coming weeks will be telling...
