According to HKEX documents , up to five potential acquisitions have been scoped out
already.
I doubt that such will happen exactly according to planned requirements, imputed from those requirements to be at least 60,000 ounces of production per year.
But, if most do meet those requirements, longer term, MJS could end up as majority owner of half dozen or more gold mines..
Assuming dual consolidation, Leaving MJS with about 40+ million shares, equity values above $15 per share would be available to replace cash with equity in future acquisitions ..
