AGM 2023
the AGM should be exactly the time to inform your shareholders about the current status and plans of the company. With all the unanswered questions, it is incomprehensible to me that MGM could seriously and in good conscience publish the press release the way they did. The MGM are living breathing people - I would sink into the ground if I did a job like that for 3 years. It would be funny if it wasn't so bitter
renewed HKEX application
After the approvol from the administrative/government bodies, it is very likely that the application for the HKEX listing will be renewed. With new documents, again with 6 months of silence, again with an uncertain outlook. I am sure, the documents will be reasonable and an interesting promising read. but
The only certainty is that the MGM, in its complete incompetence, has already failed 3 times. Does that mean things are finally going better on the 4th try? Again, we "small" shareholders are the ones who suffer and unfortunately the company doesn't give a damn about us.
So too the next 15million Net profit in the bank, to the next months of silence and reasonable hope that something is changing for the better...until theese clowns do what they did the last 3 years. F*ck up and dont give a damn
