Segltech! that would make a good email to Jeff Collins; although, the last NR 5th paragraph he tried to explain the scan delay due to startup time for new customers and the certification process. Scans will increase once they get onboard in the coming months. That paragraph seems to make sense. Maybe those initial customers (a small handfull) back in Jan, Feb, Mar are clinics that are maxed out now with the 723 scans who had their training in later 2011 and the newer customers from April onwards are still getting training and certification and those scan numbers are not accounted for yet.
