State of New York Mamogram changes Saw on the 11 o’clock news today there are now mandatory changes in New York State pertaining to mammograms.
Doctors are now required to consult women having dense tissue, the results of their mammograms, in particular disclose the difficulties in identifying abnormal densities. I can only guess that if such a ruling has been made then the issue has been significant enough to warrant the ruling (or public preasure). I imagine that a solution will be sought after soon to follow.
Mr. Collins sounds like you're up. Sounds like a opportunity to me, but never mind the doctors or the politicians - talk to the women activist group for breast cancer, they'll do more for you than the politicians.
