RE: RE: Read a web-site re AU Co. news.. Yes, Rebel....doing the mapping, collecting grabs and trenching is very important. On some properties it is also wise to invest in geo-chem as well. Although some times you get lucky and you inherit a property that has a full library of information and you can skip a step or two. In the case of GRR, the library was scant...other than the wealth of really old historic information. But thus far, that has proven good enough to fast-track a maiden resource calcuation. Hopefully that filing document will soon be ready for perusal. I dunno...early in the new year or, who knows? It could be anytime.
From what we can glean from the news releaes, it appears that GRR will methodically test their top *new* targets and once finished -- should the results show added promise -- could be ready to turn the drills loose.
Should be quite the experience. Right now from what I hear out of the banking communiy, GRR is sitting pretty as those who understand the property are amazed and intrigued at the adroit stick-handlng by management to score total ownership for such a cheap price. And if you paid attention to yesterday's release, you will see that (once again) the company can move with blinding speed when it comes to property acquisition...deal done early and way under budget.
Of course the Penn Cell Dickians --- you know, the guys who always look at the glass as half empty will automatically assume the lightness of prize may signal there is nothing of consequence in the upcoming technical document. Well, seeing as no one knows what the numbers will be just yet, they might actually...for once in their lives be right. Or...as usual, they could be dead wrong.
