Its San Albino gold project is an open pit development project located in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, approximately 173 kilometers north of Managua and accessible through a paved highway. Its Las Conchitas area is located approximately 2.5 kilometers south of its high-grade San Albino Gold Deposit and is situated near the southern end of the Corona de Oro Gold Belt. Its subsidiaries include Gold Belt, S.A., Marlin Gold Mining Ltd., Marlin Gold Trading Inc., Nicoz Resources, S.A. and Oro Gold de Mexico, S.A. de C.V.

No one saw the AGM announcement -

someone on this board pointed out at the stock price high - that it unfortunate that he wants to do a 1:20 consolidation -

upon researching - Akiba him self stated it on TWITTER -

and at that point stock fell - stock price was going hihger until it was brought to light of the stock consolidation
