RE:RE:RE:GDXJHi epic -
Who agees to the split? the majority share holiders who still end up with over 100K after the split.
yes for them the split doesn't change their market perception, entirely -
its more secure for anyone who holds a stock at 500K shares at 10 dollars then 8 million shares at 50 cents. (not being 50 cents but being even at 15 cents or what have you)
But but putting that aside - pro-rated everyone's cost will also go up 20 times (depending on what you bought in at it can be ok or really bad)
any investors on this board - knows far well as I do - majority of the time a reversal has happened when the stock price stays the same or declines it becomes a negative slump after reversal -
there are plenty examples of that - you need and i have STRESSED this before very strong cataylsts for the reversal to take place. And no an uplist in conjunction is not strong enough. Sorry thats a load of "B.S"....
the main point and the most important. Akiba has not gelled well with the Bay st. That is our Wall st. Up in Toronto/Canada - at the time of the transition he burned a lot of bridges. This is well known amongst select few up there.
A few key factors - my investment is not in his "abilities" he's not doing anything sensational - the mine speaks for it self. Anyone with common sense can do the job. Plain and simple. What is dangerous is when your going ahead of your self as he has demonstrated on the video and more importantly you can see Adelaide capitals reaction.
If he's unable to get the stock passed .80 cents - the reversal will fail in the beginning and we will be scrambbling and i'll be on here telling you all I TOLD You SO.
Secondly - He needs to make it good with bay st again. His attitude and cockyness really burned a lot of bridges -that will be help the stock price dramatically. I
What is essentially happening is he is RUSHING...to increase price. Its plain and simple as that.
He can't easily work well with others. Its been a known thing for a while. But investors understand what this is. and largely will set that difference aside. But if he's going to revese their investmetn by 20.. well then who's game?
the next process is this -
UPLIST the company to the TSX -
Set up your next catalysts with your 3 main objectives that will drive the stock price passed $3 bucks
once its marginable on TSX then do the reversal at a higher price with a lower reversal - get the margin on the US exchange (which ever he needs)
then go to the index..
wtf is so hard in that if the gold mine we have is what it is?
