RE:RE:New Index??? We are in a index.  The stock is up over 30% since we telegraphed that event with the reverse split announcement.  As for my personal sales, I said this on the CEO.ca board:

this was an event unrelated to the business that caused a large influx of buyside volume. That is when you should be selling. That being said, I exercised/sold 30,900 RSU’s and sold ~60k shares of Mko, and at fish I exercised ~ 300k 1.00 strike options and sold ~130k shares of sailfish against this, and did it in a way that let the stock go up. Likewise, most of the 11m shares (now 1.1m post consolidation) which I purchased on the open market (the other 0.2k was historical compensation) were when there was selling demand unrelated to the business. I encourage shareholders to take the other side of flows on any illiquid stock if the flows are not related to the intrinsic value of the company.
