Boy time sure flys when your waiting for a deal to be signed.  It seams like only yesterday they announced the KL deal and it's already been 11 weeks!  Nice work JD!
  Most companies would say we need 30 days and have it done in a couple weeks,  but not good old MKR they'll push it right out and then probably say they need more time. 
   Meanwhile we are in the hottest gold market in recent history with ground to drill and we are stagnant!  Huge mistake by MKR letting KL take advantage of MKRs weak position.

I feel JD and KL not speaking the same language. If there's no win win deal...unfortunately you won't see anything.

Did it ever occur to anybody that KL is a 20 BILLION dollar company that initiated a 'strategic partnership' with us, a 19 million (note small letters here) dollar explorer??? Maybe JD is not in control of the time frame?????? Possible? I'm happy to wait.

No Last time i checked JD was accountable to ALL MKR share holders . Big or small.   KL is a total different animal.   JD was the one who got us into this and is the one to get us out.  Good or bad he is responsible.  Do i blame KL?  Not really they do what they can to get the best for their shareholders.  Just as i would expect JD to do the same.  And at this
