Especially if they are pipelining right through CEV property (which is a future option)... I think There was Hedge Fund dumping shares of NM in forced liquidation for redemption ... took the shine off that stock ... Price target on NM from Haywood is $5 ... giving it about a 1Bill market Cap ... Certainly there are some significant differences in where NM is and where CEV is at ... however ... to have a $25 Mill market cap with 15Mill in the bank ... the quality of Management the CEV has and to have the quality of this property ... where it is situated in between the NM properties ... I just cant ebelieve that the more people are not seeing the obvious value here ... lol... oh well more time to accumulate I guess...
