If my aging memory serve me correctly I believe that when an offer to buyout a public company comes from a private company such as Pala there is no obligation by the private company to consider the warrants. If a publicly trading company, fro example ASN had made the offer the warrants would had to be included in. So if Pala gets it way the warrant get whipt out the day Pala buy out the shareholders. As it stands the warrant are not worth any thing, though that could change if the stock price of MLR reach the strike price of $2.50 (this you need th pray hard for to happen) or if a publicly trading company take over MLR than it will depend on the trading price of said company. Either way you look at it you might as well make peace with your warrants loss now.
