The Company intends to acquire a 100% interest in approximately 116 mining concessions making up the Bleiberg Property, located in Austria.

I will take a stab at it. You have a new board with worked for some of the largest mining companies. As a season executive you perform due diligence. Are the books cooked? Are the drill results correct? Is the resource calculation correct? Now how due you create a sense of ergency?
