Minco Base Metals Corp -HELP

I am a former holder of MMM. In November 2007 there was a spin off - one Minco base metal corp for five Minco Gold shares. Since then I sold MMM but the Base Metal corp shares continue to show on my TD statement. Can anyone
explain why this is so?? Is it possible these shares are negotiable?
